Pricing questions
- What happens when my trial ends?
- Your 30-day Professional trial simply stops — nothing is charged automatically. To keep going, buy a Professional license (or a Teams pack) from the cards above; your bound app carries straight over.
- How does renewal work?
- Licenses are prepaid for their term — one month or twelve — and never auto-charge. When a term ends you renew explicitly from My licenses, so you are always in control of the next payment and never surprised by one.
- What is a seat?
- One Professional license — one app slot — assignable to a teammate. A Teams pack is simply N of these seats under one account, which a team admin can assign and reassign as people join or move between apps.
- How does Teams billing work?
- Teams is billed annually at a per-seat rate that drops with volume — $199/seat/mo for 2–4 seats, $179 for 5–9, and $159 for 10+ — charged as the equivalent annual amount per seat ($2,388 / $2,148 / $1,908 per seat / year).
- Do I get receipts and invoices?
- Yes. Every payment is processed by Stripe, which emails a receipt at purchase; itemized invoices are available for your records and for reimbursement.
