Pricing questions
- What happens when my trial ends?
- Your 30-day Professional trial stops, and nothing is charged. To keep going, buy a Professional license or a Teams pack; you bind the same app to it.
- How does renewal work?
- Licenses are prepaid for their term and never charge you automatically. When a term ends you extend it from Licenses, so you always choose the next payment.
- What is a seat?
- One Professional license with one app slot, which you assign to a teammate. A Teams pack is several of these under one account; a team admin assigns and reassigns them.
- How does Teams billing work?
- Teams is billed once a year at a per-seat rate that drops with volume: $199 for 2–4 seats, $179 for 5–9 seats, $159 for 10+ seats per seat per month, charged as $2,388 / $2,148 / $1,908 per seat per year.
- Do I get receipts and invoices?
- Yes. Stripe processes every payment and emails a receipt when you buy; itemised invoices are available for your records.
